Our client is a professional construction and project management company providing services to private and public sector clients in Thailand.

Position: BIM Modeler (CSA)
Location: Data Center Construction Site - Rayong
Contract Term: Contract 
Working Hours: 5 days/week

Responsibilities:

• Create initial BIM models from shop drawings and information available from various parties.
• Ensures that BIM models are created to follow the criteria and objectives as instructed by the BIM Manager.
• Monitor modeling/update drawing & constantly report/coordinate with the BIM Manager.
• Follow directions and advice as instructed by BIM Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in BIM within the engineering and construction business.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related fields.
• The BIM Modeler must work in the Construction phase before; being able to write shop designs, and drawings.
• Proficient in Revit and/or extensive in three-dimensional modeling software.
• NAVIS program and AUTO CAD is a must.
• Must be able to understand well about construction sequences and timelines; must understand good progress of the construction phase.
• Background of the Data Centre or High rise construction phase is a must.
• Must be able to oversee Civil, Structure, and Architect all disciplines of BIM work.
