Position: Sales and Marketing Manager (Real Estate Developer)
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Working: Monday - Friday l 9 am – 6 pm
Location: Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand
Benefit: Base Salary + Commission + SSO
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead property sales and marketing initiatives for a leading real estate developer. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for the property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve project sales targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, including performance monitoring and coaching
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, advertising, and events)
- Build and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, and partners
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to drive business strategies
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, and launches
- Organize and attend property exhibitions, roadshows, and client events
- Ensure excellent customer journey and closing process
- Control and optimize marketing budget and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in sales and marketing within the real estate/property development industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of Pattaya/Chonburi property market is preferred
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in digital marketing and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
