What youll be doing
As a New & Used Car Sales Executive, youll be central to delivering an exceptional customer experience from the showroom to handover. Alongside a wide range of new vehicles, we have 140 used vehicles on display and available in stock.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Building genuine rapport to understand customer needs and turning conversations into sales.
- Matching relevant products to customers requirements, highlighting features and benefits.
- Accurately appraising used cars offered in part exchange.
- Organising and conducting professional demonstrations and test drives.
- Negotiating successful sales while addressing customer queries and objections.
- Identifying potential new and used car customers for your franchise and dealership.
- Regularly carrying out prospecting activities with confidence.
- Ensuring all vehicles are presentable, correctly priced, and displayed to brand standards.
- Maintaining your digital diary and using CRM and dealership management tools efficiently.
While you build your pipeline, you will also be provided with a discretionary commission guarantee, giving you financial support as you develop your sales portfolio.
What were looking for
- Some experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential, transferable skills are!
- A strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work weekends – thats when our customers love to shop!
- A full UK driving licence.

Salary & Hours
On-target earnings of circa £50k
43.5 hours per week
