Were looking for an experienced and driven Group Fleet Sales Manager to run our Business Centre department reporting directly to the Sales Director. The role is based in our state of the art Matford dealership at Exeter. The Business Centre is a well established department with annual sales of 1,200 vehicles predominantly to local businesses and we are now looking to grow the department to over 2,000 vehicles annually. Vehicles can be supplied from all our brand portfolio giving our customers a wide choice of cars and commercials. The Business Centre team currently consists of six employees. As part of our close-knit senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fleet sales operations balancing strong commercial performance with the personal touch and values that define our business.

The Role
As Group Fleet Sales Manager, you'll take full ownership of our fleet strategy, overseeing relationships with business clients, leasing companies, manufacturers, and internal teams. Your mission will be to drive profitable growth, ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain the trusted reputation we've earned over decades.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear fleet sales strategy across the group working with the Sales Director.
 - Lead and inspire the fleet team to deliver exceptional service.
 - Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with corporate clients, manufacturers, and leasing partners.
 - Set and monitor fleet sales performance targets, budgets and KPIs.
 
About You
- Proven experience in a senior fleet sales or B2B automotive management role.
 - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage your team.
 - Knowledge of vehicle funding options and salary sacrifice schemes.
 - Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and profitability.
 - Relationship-driven, with the ability to win trust and build partnerships.
 - Organised, proactive and capable of working at both strategic and operational levels.
