What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn the ropes from experienced professionals and take your first steps into the world of automotive sales. You'll:
- Learn and use the Vospers Sales Process to support and guide customers
- Assist with preparing vehicles for sale and supporting handovers to customers
- Get involved in prospecting for new customers and following up with existing ones
- Help maintain the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard
- Be part of a team that delivers first-class customer service
Dont worry if you've never sold a car before well give you all the training you need.
What We're Looking For
- A can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn
- A passion for cars, people and great service
- Confidence, enthusiasm and good communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends (because that's when our customers love to shop)
- A full UK driving licence (or working towards one soon)
Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not essential if you've got the drive, we've got the training.
