Due to expansion, with an exciting new car brand joining Vospers soon, we are seeking multiple sales candidates with either a background in car sales or sales from other industries.

We have roles available as a Trainee, Sales Executive, or Sales Controller. We are looking for someone who is naturally personable and confident in communicating and building rapport with people.

About the role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be operating within a Sales team for either our new franchise, or Vauxhall or Peugeot. You will work to generate sales whilst delivering customer excellence. You'll work in a team so you're able to successfully focus on, and make sales, to new and existing customers.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Selling cars by using the Vospers Sales Process
  • Managing preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers
  • Prospecting for customers
  • Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers
  • Maintain showroom and displays to required standards
  • Identify the customers needs through a range of differing sales techniques.
  • Match relevant product to customers needs and present applicable features and benefits of product.
  • Negotiate a successful close by overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.

About you

The ideal candidates will have either a solid background within sales (from any industry, training will be provided), OR be an experienced car sales executive looking to join a leading family run dealership.

You will need to be ambitious, confident and posses:

  • a full UK driver's licence
  • motivation for quality, results and great service delivery
  • interpersonal and organisational skills

Hours of Work

5 days a week:

Monday - Friday 8.30am-6.00pm  (1 day off in the week to be agreed at interview)

Saturdays 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary
£20,000 per annum plus uncapped bonus scheme (Sales Executive)

£22,000 per annum (Trainee Sales Executive)
