We are currently looking for a ICT Support Analyst to join us at our Head Office at Marsh Mills, Plymouth.
The main purpose of a Vospers ICT Support Analyst is to deliver on all related Company objectives by providing professional, positive ICT solutions throughout the company. Work closely with the Group ICT Solutions Manager to assist with the delivery of a responsive and reliable service to its customers.
Responsibilities
- Support staff in the in the appropriate use of ICT within the business
- Provide technical support by way of assisting with the resolution of ICT related problems
- Ensure workload and priorities are managed effectively using the department helpdesk tool
- Responsible for the general maintenance of ICT equipment throughout the organisation
- Assist with the deployment of computer related hardware throughout the organisation
- Recognise, report and action security related issues to ensure the organisation is continuously protected against ICT related threats
- Assist with the delivery of departmental projects as required
- Carry out the configuration of network associated equipment
- Complete new user inductions as required to ensure staff have a full understanding of the ICT systems and procedures
- Ensure required system documentation is created, maintained and shared within the department
- Contribute to the maintenance of the department knowledgebase
- Provide guidance and development to staff to ensure ICT knowledge and best practice is shared
- Ensure ICT related policies and procedures are created and maintained
- Develop and maintain the ICT equipment registers to ensure compliance
- Portray a positive and supportive approach to customers and colleagues
- Promote the benefits of technology to staff throughout the organisation
- Actively participate in team meetings and share ideas and knowledge with your colleagues
- Ensure the ICT working areas are clean, tidy and safe at all times
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures
- Help to promote and provide a positive working environment for all, encapsulating the Vospers Employee Core Values and Mission Statement
- Undertake any other duties that are reasonably required by your Line Manager to meet the needs of the Business

Working schedule
40hrs per week - Monday to Friday
Salary
From £26,000 per annum
