An exciting opportunity has arisen at Vospers for a Sales Manager for the new franchise launching in the UK, Omoda and Jaecoo.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading our team of Omoda & Jaecoo Sales Executives
  • Managing customer service standards and making improvements.
  • Managing and sourcing new vehicles from acquisition to allocation.
  • Running promotions and sale events.
  • Building a strategy by setting and reviewing targets for the business and auditing the results.

Qualifications/Skills

We're looking for:

  • Extensive Sales experience
  • Previous Leadership/Management experience
  • Management Qualifications desirable
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours of Work

41.5 hours per week (8.30am to 6.00pm over 4 week-days & 8.30am to 5.00pm on a Saturday)

Salary & Benefits

Up to £35,000 per annum, with potential to earn up to £57,000 per annum based on KPIs.
