1. Clinical Supervisor

As a Clinical Supervisor at Wings of the Future, you will play a crucial role in providing oversight and support to our healthcare professionals and partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical supervision sessions to ensure quality of care and adherence to professional standards.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of healthcare providers and offering guidance for professional development.
• Collaborating with internal teams to assess training needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serving as a resource and mentor to healthcare staff, promoting best practices and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
• Licensed and certified as a Clinical Supervisor.
• Proven experience in clinical supervision within a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Teletherapist

Join our team as a Teletherapist and deliver high-quality teletherapy services to our clients and partners. Your role will involve:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions with individuals or groups using video conferencing platforms.
• Assessing clients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Providing counseling and therapeutic interventions to address mental health concerns.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or registered BBS as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling services preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
