Clinical Supervisor
As a Clinical Supervisor at Wings of the Future, you will provide clinical leadership, professional guidance, and ongoing support to our healthcare professionals and organizational partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group clinical supervision sessions.
- Promote high-quality care and adherence to ethical, clinical, and professional standards.
- Monitor and evaluate provider performance while offering constructive feedback and professional-development support.
- Help clinicians strengthen their assessment, treatment-planning, documentation, and therapeutic skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and implement continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate supervision records in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource and mentor to clinical staff.
- Promote trauma-informed, ethical, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed practices.
- Support a healthy clinical environment that prioritizes accountability, collaboration, and employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral-health field.
- Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state where services are provided.
- Completion of all applicable qualifications, certifications, or training required to provide clinical supervision.
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision in a behavioral-health or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to provide supportive and constructive feedback while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and quality client care.
Teletherapist/Therapist
As a Teletherapist/ Therapist at Wings of the Future, you will provide accessible, compassionate, and high-quality in person and virtual mental-health services to individuals, families, or groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct secure teletherapy sessions through approved video-conferencing platforms.
- Complete clinical assessments and identify clients’ emotional, behavioral, and mental-health needs.
- Develop individualized, measurable, and clinically appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide trauma-informed counseling and evidence-informed therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to support coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Follow all ethical, legal, privacy, and professional standards governing telehealth services.
- Establish strong therapeutic relationships and create emotionally safe virtual environments for clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Active professional license or eligible associate-level registration with the appropriate state licensing board, as permitted for the position.
- Examples may include LCSW, LMFT, LPCC/LPC, psychologist, or an applicable associate registration.
- Experience providing psychotherapy, counseling, or behavioral-health services.
- Teletherapy or virtual counseling experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain client engagement, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in a virtual setting.
- Commitment to culturally responsive, compassionate, and trauma-informed care.
