Winning English Alternative School, Inc. was established in early 2015 as an ESL institution dedicated to helping students from around the world enhance their English communication skills. Guided by the leadership of Sir Malcolm Liang and the vision of Sir James Chen, the school recognized Cebu’s unique potential to cultivate a learning environment rooted in hospitality, cultural diversity, and academic excellence.

Today, Winning English proudly operates two campuses — the City Campus along Ramos Street, Cebu City, and the Ocean Campus in Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City — with a third campus soon to open at lyf Hotel, Base Line Center, Cebu City, as part of our continued growth and commitment to quality education.
