RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and oversee all SCM-FG department operations, including production planning, delivery scheduling, workforce management, quality control, equipment utilization, and material management. Conduct capacity analysis, identify potential constraints, and develop solutions to ensure production and delivery targets are achieved. Prepare and present operational reports to Korean management.
